Return & Exchange Policy

Happy Day Warehouse (HDW) takes great pride in providing a high quality product.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will make every reasonable effort to make sure you are satisfied.   Each item we sell is personally inspected to be free of defect in material and workmanship.  However, if you find your item to be defective, we are happy to exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns will only be accepted with written authorization in advance from Happy Day Warehouse. Unauthorized returned items will be sent forfeited.
  • Returns will not be accepted after fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
  • If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a quality photograph of the poor-quality print or damaged area. HDW will replace any items damaged at no additional cost. HDW is not responsible for items damaged in shipping.
  • If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a quality photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace any such items at no additional cost.
  • This does not apply to Jewelry.  See the Jewelry section below for the Jewelry specific exchange policy.

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact HDW. Do not under any circumstances return your product to the fulfillment center. By doing so you forfeit your ability to request an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

T-Shirts:

There are no refunds offered on t-shirts. Please reference the t-shirt size chart to make certain the size you order is the size you need. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Mugs:

There are no refunds offered on mugs. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Bags:

There are no refunds offered on bags. We do not accept returns, refunds or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

Jewelry:

Exchanges are honored if the following criteria is met:  

  1. Wrong Product Shipped

If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a quality photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace any such items at no additional cost.

Shirt Care

To extend the life of your shirts, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry.

Back-ordered & discontinued items

All items in your order must be in stock before your order ships. If the items are not in stock order time can exceed stated time.

Coupons & discounts

Coupon codes can be applied during the first step of checkout, where you can see thumbnails of your item in your cart. Please note that we do not allow coupon code stacking; orders found with stacked coupons may be voided

Product descriptions

We attempt to be as accurate as possible; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Missing package?

If USPS has marked the package as delivered to the address entered at checkout but you have not received it, please call USPS and open a case for non-receipt of product and send us the case number. If the item is not redelivered to you within 10 business days of sending the case number to us, we will reship at no charge.

Other

Risk of Loss: The title of all goods transfers to the buyer at the point of destination.

Disputes: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit and purchases at our parent site or other auxiliary websites shall be adjudicated in Austin, Texas, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
